Join MAND members and dietetic interns at Day on the Hill 2026!

MAND invites you to join us as we gather to advocate for RDNs and MNT!

  • 24 Beacon Street, 2nd Floor, Boston, MA  02133

After a buffet lunch and short speaking program, MAND members and dietetic interns will be dropping off education materials on MAND and its policy priorities to the offices of our 200 state legislators.

Help MAND’s advocacy for licensure and telemedicine MNT with this easy step!

Advocacy can be as simple as sending an email to your state legislators. They appreciate hearing directly from their constituents and learning about issues important to them.

Academy Action Alerts – Contact your members of Congress and amplify the Academy’s voice for better food, nutrition and health policies

The time is now! Please take a few minutes to help protect funding for SNAP-Ed, create a Medicare medically-tailored meals pilot, extend telehealth flexibilities through 2027 and support the Treat and Reduce Obesity Act.

Join an Academy Affinity Group! Connect with fellow members on top policy priorities and learn how to get involved. Licensure Initiatives – Meets monthly on the second Tuesday from 3:00-4:00 pm ET

MNT and Payment Advocacy – Meets quarterly on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 pm ET

Nutrition Security – Meets quarterly on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 pm ET
