As the President of the MSDA this year, my mission is to foster a supportive and inclusive community where future nutrition and aspiring dietetic professionals can flourish, exchange ideas, and develop their skills. With a passion for nutrition and a commitment to making a positive impact, I look forward to collaborating with the MSDA Board, and working alongside MAND, and a greater community to empower our members with knowledge, facilitate networking and professional development opportunities. I am excited for the incredible achievements we will accomplish together this coming year!

My name is Erica and I am currently in the second year of combined MS/DI program at Tufts University. As theMSDA Vice President and Treasurer, my goal is to provide a supportive role for the MSDA president and helpwith the successful financial management of the events throughout the year. I am very much looking forward tofacilitating networking opportunities and building connections with individuals who are at different stages of careers within the field of nutrition and dietetics-from DPD students to working professionals. I am very honored to be in the position to serve for MSDA and excited to meet with everyone!

Hi everyone! My name is Cheyenne and I am currently undergoing my MSDI at Tufts University, and will be graduating this upcoming Spring 2024. I am originally from Northern Michigan and went to Michigan State University for my undergraduate career. As secretary of the MSDA, I am excited to take my deep-rooted passion for nutrition to help organize exciting, fun, and educational events for you all. As the MSDA Education Chair, I am dedicated to helping members of the MSDA get more involved and to help students network with professionals in the field of dietetics. The MSDA is a community where students can come together to share their similar interests and career goals in nutrition and dietetics. I completed my bachelor's degree at Michigan State University and my goal is to become a sports dietitian and work directly with athletes. I am honored to be a part of the board and I look forward to all the new and exciting opportunities this year!

Hey there, my name is Josh Survis. I am originally from Washington State but moved to Colorado in 2019 to pursue my undergrad in Nutrition and Fitness. I just recently moved to Massasachutes to now pursue my masters in Nutrition and Human performance, with an end goal of wanting to be a professional sports RD. As the philanthropy Chair of the MSDA, my mission will be to bring my passion for nutrition and helping my community come together and benefit from each other. I am looking forward to meeting you all and excited to see what we can accomplish in this year!

Hi! I’m Chiu. I graduated from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, Tufts University with a MS degree and I’m from Taiwan! I’m interested in clinical nutrition and nutrition communication. Combining nutrition expertise and photography/videography skills will be my feature to promote nutrition knowledge.
