Attention, probiotic junkies! You trust your gut, you take care of it and you eat sauerkraut and kimchi. Do you know that anyone can make it? Come to this Fermentation workshop, hosted by the Socials For Success, learn to make sauerkraut or kimchi by mixing your own vegetables and spices and take one home. Register on the MAND website by Monday, January 28th. Feel free to send your questions to socials4success@gmail.com. You are welcome to stop by early and hang out. Door opens at 5:30pm.
