BIG CHANGES TO DISW this year!
Given the recent changes in the dietetic internship application process, specifically the removal of the match and earlier deadlines for Boston area programs (Oct 8th), we have made some changes to the DISW event this year. The event will now have two parts:
- First, we will have DI directors upload a pre-recorded video (up to 10 minutes) introducing their programs and application deadlines to a shared Google Drive. These videos will be made available to DISW attendees upon event registration. Also in the shared drive will be an attendee information packet and a quick video explaining the new application process. These materials will be available by September 8th.
- In addition to this, we will be hosting a live Zoom session where DPD students can meet and network with program directors and current interns. This will take place on September 20th from 5:00 - 7:00pm.
- DPD students can register for this up until September 18th, so they can have time to review the introductory videos from various programs.
