Goals and Objectives: The systems of the body are the road map that guides optimal nutrition care. This talk provides a review of key supplements that target cardiovascular and brain/nervous system health using a systems biology approach.
Learning Objectives: • Describe how endothelial function relates to both brain and cardiovascular health. • List one herbal supplement health by reducing inflammation. • Identify one category of nutraceuticals related to brain health. • Name a nutrient important to both cardiovascular and neurological health.
