We will discuss the Daniel diet lifestyle as it pertains to food and beverage restrictions and fasting and how it’s connected to mental, spiritual, and physical health specifically among Seventh day Adventists, and talk about Ellen G. White and how she dramatically influenced the laws of health of the Seventh day Adventist.
We will also briefly go over her publications of food, circulation, and digestive disorders and why this is important for dietitians to know during counseling, as well as the ethical implications dietitians should know among food and beverages when discussing diet and food with a Seventh day Adventist client.
