Intuitive eating is a weight-inclusive model to achieving health outcomes that many dietitians and healthcare providers are seeking to adopt. This webinar will cover an overview of intuitive eating (IE) and health at every size (HAES), a review of the research to support this approach, and how to apply the principles of each in a variety of practice settings. Through case studies, we will also examine challenges and potential barriers to implementing both IE and HAES, as well as how to meet patients wherever they are in the readiness to change scale. Practical tips on when, where, and how to start implementing these approaches will also be discussed.
