Learn about the Academy’s Incident Reporting Tool (IRT) which is used to document stories of success and report harm. This webinar will explain what the IRT is and will help you learn how to effectively communicate information that will enhance the value of IRT reports.



Understand the connection between the IRT, protecting the public, and advancement of strong licensure laws. Delineate best practices for completing IRT reports. Identify the Consumer Protection Coordinator’s (CPC) role in helping members use the IRT effectively. This webinar will be recorded and saved to the MAND website for future reference.
