Join the Duffy family and New England Dairy & Food Council for a walking tour of Great Brook Farm, a 1,000 acre state park where the Duffy’s have been milking cows since 1987. The milk from their 140 cow dairy goes to West Springfield, MA where it is turned into pasteurized milk and Cabot products such as sour cream and cottage cheese. You’ll walk away with a greater understanding of animal care, milk safety, and dairy sustainability. Ice cream and refreshments will be provided by New England Dairy & Food Council. Date: Saturday, September 22nd, 2018 Time: 1:00-3:00 PM Location: 165 North Road, Carlisle MA 01741 *Note: Event registration will be capped at 30 attendees due to limited group size for the tours! Don't wait to register!*
