Join the Duffy family and New England Dairy & Food Council for a walking tour of Great Brook Farm, a 1,000 acre state park where the Duffy’s have been milking cows since 1987. The milk from their 140 cow dairy goes to West Springfield, MA where it is turned into pasteurized milk and Cabot products such as sour cream and cottage cheese. You’ll walk away with a greater understanding of animal care, milk safety, and dairy sustainability. Ice cream and refreshments will be provided by New England Dairy & Food Council.
