Lily Spik, Boston University DPD Class of Fall 2021.
As MSDA President, I hope to create an environment that fosters self-assured, empowered, and curious future professionals by providing the resources necessary to develop a growth mindset.
Vice President
Meghan Salamon, Boston University DPD Class of 2022.
As MSDA Vice President, I aim to help foster an inclusive and growth-inspiring environment for all nutrition and dietetics students through novel events, community forums, and professional and educational resources.
Treasurer
Michael Duffy, Tufts University MS/DI Class of 2022.
As Treasurer of the MSDA, My goal is to successfully manage the finances of the club and assist wherever possible to enable us to spread awareness of the field of Nutrition and Dietetics and be the most credible source of nutrition information.

Secretary
Caitlin Diel, Simmons University MS/DPD Class of 2023
As secretary of the MSDA, my goal is to build meaningful connections in the field of nutrition and dietetics to increase diversity and representation. I will work with the student board to communicate these ideas in new and creative ways.
Philanthropy Chair
Fernanda Nunes, Brigham and Women’s Hospital DI Class of 2022.
As the MSDA Philanthropy Chair, I will organize memorable fundraising events for local nonprofits that focus on nutrition-related community issues. I also aim to provide MSDA members unique volunteer events that can broaden their experience in the field of dietetics.
Social Media & Marketing Chair
Tara Murray, University of New England MS in Nutrition Class of 2022.
As the MSDA Social Media and Marketing chair, I will create monthly newsletters to share with our members to share events we will be holding and important information for us as students. I will also develop engaging content pertaining to nutrition education, research, and opportunities in the nutrition field.
Education/Diversity Chair
Maggie Carlyle, Tufts University MS/DI Class of 2022.
As the Education Chair, it is my goal to offer volunteering and educational opportunities to members that will not only further our learning, but further our passion for connecting with each other and our community over nutrition. In this role, I especially want to highlight the large disparity of diversity in dietetics and organize events that will help to spread awareness of this.
