Position Description

• Answer dietary supplement customer questions via phone and email regarding vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other supplements using appropriate DSHEA compliant language.
• Maintain current knowledge of advances in nutritional research and areas of customer concern (may include attending educational sessions and webinars).
• Work with QA and PD teams to develop statements to address issue if several customers call with the same concern (i.e. bad study results, contamination ingredient issues, etc

Minimum Qualifications

• College Degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Dietary Supplement Industry
• Positive and proactive personality is required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented individual who will find their niche in a multi-tasking atmosphere.
This position requires attention to detail and a high level of organization.

Desired Qualifications

Ideally this individual would have in-depth knowledge of herbal and nutraceutical products with 1+ years of experience in the field. A BS degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or nutrition is preferred. This individual must have excellent communication skills as they will be assisting with resolving complex ingredient and product questions from physicians regarding product use, utilizing a variety of resources on hand.
