The Dietitian Manager for Elder Service Plan (ESP) reports to the Director of Clinical Services and is responsible for developing and implementing the overall nutrition program for the Elder Service Plan in accordance with PACE, DPH and other compliance protocol, assisting with Nutrition Dept. budgets, strategic planning, overseeing all Nutrition staff and participating in compliance audits. Position includes oversight of Nutritional services at both of our ESP locations in Mattapan and Brockton and may include home care visits as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition required, Current MA Registered Dietician license, 2 years of professional experience providing nutritional counseling and assessments of which one year has been as a direct or functional supervisor of nutrition staff, 1 year of experience working in geriatrics required, Current BLS (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) Certification
Masters degree in Nutrition preferred, Current Serve Safe Manager Certification or within first 3 months of employment, Current MA Food Allergen Certification or within first 3 months of employment.
