Minimum Qualifications
Registered dietitian provides one-on-one individualized medical nutrition therapy to consumers in their homes. Works closely with WestMass ElderCare Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Director. Complies with state and federal regulatory agencies in carrying out this effort.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complies with all current and applicable state, federal and agency regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to nutrition in elder services.

Desired Qualifications
• Experience in community health or long-term care nursing preferred.
• B.S. in Human Nutrition or related field
• Registered Dietitian licensed in Massachusetts required.
• ServSafe Certified preferred
• Experience in therapeutics, education, food service provision, and nutritional needs of older adults. Two years’ experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the aging process as it relates to nutrition.
