Position Description

The Registered Dietitian (RD)will provide nutritional care and consultation to patients and their caregivers for inpatients, outpatients and planned community programs. The RD will provide current expert nutrition knowledge to healthcare professionals to improve nutrition care and health outcomes across the continuum. The RD will responsibly comply with all hospital and regulatory groups to provide high quality nutritional care.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Related Field. Completed Internship or other approved pathway to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

LDN - MA Dietitian/Nutritionist acquired within 9 months of hire.

RD - Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration within 6 months of hire.

Desired Qualifications

1-2 years hospital clinical experience preferred.
