starting at 22.34 hourly based on experience
The WIC Nutritionist provides nutrition services to high risk women, infants, and children including collecting
patient information, assessing dietary & nutritional risk, providing counseling and education including follow-up education and health and social service referrals; participates in planning/development of nutrition policies & programs, and assisting with training.
37 hrs wkly (also have 24 hrs), including 2 eves and Saturdays.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in public health nutrition, nutrition, foods and nutrition or nutrition education, one (1) year of experience in clinical or community nutrition preferred but not required, demonstrated leadership and decision making capabilities, good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements: Previous experience in the Massachusetts WIC Program currently working or within the past three years, Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese or Vietnamese highly desired.
