The Nutrition Operations Manager is responsible to provide administrative and operational direction for the safe, effcient, effective daily operations and work flow of Berkshire Health Systems nutrition resources and programs. The Operations Manager establishes standards of quality, productivity and performance in accordance with Berkshire Health Systems policies and procedures and requirements of State and Federal regulatory agencies.
Master's degree in Business or Nutrition related field required.
Registered and MA licensed dietitian preferred.
Process improvement certification preferred.
3-5 years of nutrition experience
Business analytics and/or process engineering experience required.
Customer service experience required.
Proven leadership skills in quality and process improvement.
Experience with Hospital regulations and compliance
Meditech client Server experience preferred.
Program implementation experience
Experience in a multi-hospital system preferred.
Must be an energtic leader who embraces change.
