What do
you want to accomplish
If elected Director
of Member Communications, I hope to expand the scope of networking among the
multitude of MDA Dietitians, and better connect those working in the wide range
of positions within the field of nutrition.
The extremely valuable MDA Newsletter is an excellent avenue for
outreach, and has potential to reach many more RD’s who may not be as actively
involved in MDA as they would like. I
plan to increase RDs’ awareness of all the available continuing education
opportunities, help promote an increase in participation at MDA events,
meetings, etc., and expand the ways of highlighting available career
opportunities and advancements, to reach a greater number of Dietitians.
