The MDA Board of Directors (BOD) meets at least three times per year, convened at the call of the President. Meetings of the MDA BOD are open for members to attend, but members cannot vote on BOD issues. The MDA BOD meeting minutes (listed below)provide members with information on current activities of the BOD.
